Recently, Microsoft announced an update to the pricing of its Bing Search API for companies, which will result in a price increase of up to 1000% for certain transactions. The Bing Search API is utilized by organizations and developers to extract data from Bing Search for integration into their products.
Starting from May 1, 2023, Microsoft will implement a price increase for Bing Search APIs across all markets, and customers who use the API will be subject to the new pricing model from that day onwards. According to Microsoft, this updated pricing structure is a reflection of the ongoing technology investments being made to enhance the search capabilities of Bing.
